This was my first time in this office. Staff were very nice, friendly, professionals and efficient. This will for sure be my go to urgent care of choice.

Went in for earache and said it developed after a week of respiratory symptoms. Never looked at my throat or listened to my lungs. In and out in 3 minutes. Started to walk out while I was still asking questions. I’ve been here before and have been pleased but never want to see this specific provider again

I was not informed ahead of time that they do not offer specific care for my symptoms, such as CT scans. I waited approximately 30 mins and charged $80 co-pay to get my heart rate checked…spoke to a doctor for about 2 mins that informed me I would need to go to an ER if symptoms get worse. Waste of time and money.

I came in primarily because my throat has been hurting very badly. I also let the doctor know that I had recently developed diarrhea and that I had been taking Mucinex. I mentioned that I had been experiencing cramping and wondered whether the Mucinex, especially since I had not been eating much while taking it, could have contributed to my symptoms. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my main concern—the severe throat pain—was not adequately addressed. They swabbed my throat, but I felt that the nurse did not perform the swab very thoroughly. They also did not check my lymph nodes, even though they feel noticeably swollen to me. Instead, the visit seemed to focus primarily on the possibility that I had a stomach bug, and I was sent home without much treatment or explanation for the severe throat pain. I understand that there could be different reasons for the diarrhea, but I noticed that it stopped after I started eating while taking Mucinex. Because of that, I felt that the fact that I had not been eating much while taking Mucinex should have been considered when evaluating my stomach symptoms. My main concern, however, was still my severe throat pain and the swollen lymph nodes, which I felt were not adequately evaluated during the visit.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, check in was easy, wait time in waiting room and waiting to see the provider was minimal. I was out of there in 20 minutes. This was a pleasant experience and I would recommend coming here if you’re sick.

I was plesantly surprised that I was scheduled immediately when I called Gateway Urgent Care Queen Creek.  The Doctor and staff were professional.  I was able to get my prescription from the office instead of having to drive to a pharmacy. I have recommended this provider to others.

Scheduling was easy, provider knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. Friendly staff!

Wasn’t busy when we arrived but we sat in the waiting from for over an hour. People who said they didn’t have appointments were taken back before us. The nurse had really bad body odor but he was nice. Not the most friendly, chatty staff - including the provider but very clean office.

Scheduling was easy, Dr. Amanda was great. Just wish the wait was a little quicker, I think they were understaffed but having a young toddler is hard to wait any longer than expected. Overall service was great though.

Everyone there was very kind and concerned and professional. They followed up the following day to make sure everything’s OK. I would definitely. recommend this urgent care.
