Disappointment Disappointment. Website doesn’t clearly say what care is going to be given during virtual consultation. I’ll never recommend any of my friends and know people to Solvhealth.

I am still waiting for my refund. I have emailed and there has been no response. I would simply like to know when I should expect the refund for the appt that didn't happen (I was sent to the wrong state for my appt). Please contact me as soon as possible.

I usually go to a different urgent care but I will be going to this one from now on. I was able to schedule a virtual appointment as soon as I woke up and I had the nicest provider, Hayley Williams. I felt very comfortable talking to her and she was able to send in my prescription right away. Thank you so much.
