The staff there are always so nice whenever we have to go. I don’t care for the 12 pages of paperwork that has to be filled out I think it’s excessive, but the staff is always so good there that I will continue to use this facility and tell others about how good it is there.

This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. From the scheduling to the front desk to the MA and to the provider, it was great. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. The office was super clean. I highly recommend.

I have not been feeling well for about five days now. Decided to go to Urgent Care. I was welcomed with understand and urgency. The staff was very dedicated to patient care. If I need to return for any other illnesses or emergencies, I will return . Thank you so much 🥰

I wish the person I saw had a more aggressive treatment approach. It’s very expensive to see someone at an urgent care to get 5 pills. Frustrating.

I am constantly so impressed with this office. We have another office much closer to us but choose the Higley office because the staff is so much kinder and more professional, they office is cleaner, and we have always had a much better experience. Thank you for all you do!

Easy to get in and not a long wait at all. Doc, nurse and front desk gal were very friendly.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Front office staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the Nurse Practitioner was a bit rough with handling and was not understanding when expressing my pain and she became somewhat defensive. Just glad to get the xray and be done.

I have never felt so unwanted in a place ever in my life. The staff was really nice. The doctor was terrible. Maybe she was having a bad day, but you need to learn to mess that especially when you’re a doctor. Her comments were extremely inconsiderate and snarky. I came in with some of the worst pain that I’ve had in my entire life with a pain level of 10+ nothing was offered to me. In fact, she pointed out to me that they don’t prescribe strong pain meds like I was actually seeking them. Pretty sure you have a database you can look at and it will show. I probably haven’t taken a narcotic in 10+ years, but regardless she made me cry. I sat in the x-ray room crying. I left got in my car and cried, it was complete waste of my time.
