I was able to get an appointment immediately. The staff was good but I was waiting to get a tetanus shot and they forgot and I was there an extra 30 minutes.

It was easy to schedule my visit and checked-in online, however, even though I did and signed my paperwork online, I still had to fill out and sign the same stuff once I got there. The aide that took my vitals was very kind and patient. She was empathetic with my pain and took her time assisting me. I truly appreciated her care. The NP I saw was very friendly. She took care of me quickly and answered all of my questions. The tech that took my X-ray and "fitted" me for my brace was different. She was cold and not didn't seem to care that I was in a lot of pain while trying to do the things she was requesting. She stated she didn't think she had the right size brace for me (she didn't) but put it on and rushed me out anyway. I explained to her I had never worn one before so I didn't know how it was supposed to feel. Needless to say, by the time I got out of the car at home the brace was down around my ankles. When I called back to try and return it, I was told No returns you have to go to Binsons and get a new one. I asked why I should have to pay for a new brace when your staff knew they were giving me the wrong thing in the first place and no one seemed to care at that point.

Could be a lot better in so many ways, but it has potential. I was in and out and scheduled online. Very short wait time.

Scheduling my appointment was easy my check in process went fast. The provider’s were wonderful. Zero cost! yes I would.

Woke up extremely early in pain. Scheduled an appointment online with ease. Got there and was seen within 10 mins, out by 20 mins with understanding. I appreciate the experience
