Was able to get my dog bite wound looked at, cleaned up, and well bandaged plus receiving a script for antibiotics.. staff was great, very kind and helpful. Even the next day when I went for my work absence slip, they set me up well with the paperwork.

Scheduling online for quick appointment. Staff exceptionally friendly. The Dr who took out my stitches showed more care than an the ppl put together at McClaren hospital where I originally had my stitches. Highly recommended and this is now my go to Urgent care.

I got really sick at the beginning of the week and was able to schedule my appointment easily online which was so nice! The front desk and medical assistants were super friendly and welcoming. There was a really long wait without any sort of update, which was frustrating given I was already sick and wanted to be in bed. The doctor was the worst part of my experience. It seemed as if I was inconveniencing him by being there. He talked so fast that I couldn't even understand what he was thinking I had. When I asked what it was, he basically said "doesn't matter if it's a stomach bug or food poisoning, it's treated the same" which it did matter because I am traveling this weekend and needed to make sure I was clear to do so. He was just very nonchalant about everything. I would come back if I really needed to, but it was just an okay experience.

It is infuriating to get a request for "how was your visit" while I am still in the waiting room. Staff were nice, but would it kill them to give me an update. I was walking out as the PA said that he eas finally able to see me. (For all of three minutes, worth 1.5 wait).

Great, fast care! Online check-in was seamless and saved time. I waited less than 15 minutes. The front desk staff was welcoming and clear about fees. Both the nurse and doctor were kind, thorough, and never rushed me. The facility was also spotless. Highly recommend!

I got in and out and home to have dinner by 830. Today I feel better. Not coughing as much and antibiotics are helping
