Swollen elbow. Drained off fluids. So far so good. Good job

The staff were all very nice and helpful. I was pleased with my visit.

Went there for a Dot Exam last minute and was Greeted by the staff. They were great. The Doctor was awesome. Place was busy and thought it was going to take a while but was out of there 25 minutes later.

I love that you can schedule an appointment, they usually are taking you back pretty close to appointment time. Staff has always been very friendly and professional

I was pleased with the ease of scheduling and the quick visit. Everything was fast. The nurse practitioner who saw me looked exhausted. She checked my breathing but couldn’t remember if she did upon leaving. She told me I’d start feeling better in a day because I’m young and healthy. I saw my primary Dr the next day. Turns out, I have pneumonia and I’m now on antibiotics. The office was also extremely dirty. The floors need to swept and washed. The walls were filthy. I don’t think I will be returning to this urgent care, and I would not recommend it.

My son was having croup symptoms and they got him back and looked at him quickly. The doctor was in and out and gave him a shot to help his breathing. He ended up getting sick in the office and they made it seem like it was no big deal and got us out of there in a timely manner. Thank you!

I had been dealing with a cough for a few days, and it wasn’t improving. I went to urgent care after efficiently scheduling an online appointment. The staff was friendly; I completed all my paperwork online before arriving, and there was no waiting. I saw the doctor and told him my issues. He diagnosed me quickly. They called in my medications, and I was able to pick them up before class. Everything went smoothly, and I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I came in with a cough.  I was able to get an appointment for the same day at 2:30.  I was taken care of professionally and quickly.   The PA I had was the best.   She listened to my concerns and took care of me with professionalism and real bedside manners.

Injured my hand and found that the Shelby clinic had great reviews.  I visited the webpage to see if they could do X-rays and not only can they, but I was able to pre-check in online.  Very convenient.  Care was great and I only waited a little longer than expected, but an emergency patient came in, so I completely understand and was happy to wait to see the provider.   Overall great experience and I will certainly return if needed, but hopefully not.

Staff was the reason I’ll be back. Very good bedside manner.
