Really great experience all around especially in the middle of the night and the doctor was amazing and thorough

Never called me after a hour and no one booked before me

I had a sore neck and was in pain for two days. I made online appt. the night before which was easy to complete. Came to facility at a few minutes before appt. time and I was called to the back. The nurse was super kind and relatable. The doctor came in shortly after and assisted me with immediate relief. I received my prescriptions and I was good. All staff were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this urgent care. Thank you!

After having body aches all day I decided to book an appointment that evening. It was fast and easy, only took about 10 minutes after arriving to see the doctor. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend. A big thank you to the staff.

I went to urgent care after I already having a long day at work I just knew ill be waiting an hour just to be seen schedule my appointment as i was headed there  I barely waited at all was seen quickly got my prescription filled in the same location and was back home in less then an hour!! Will return here for fast care ❤️

I needed refills for medication. The doctor that I was seen by was friendly. Nice environment granted that there were a lot of sick people there. But other than that I would visit again.

Great experience the staff was friendly and efficient.

My son woke at 1am with an ear ache that didn’t get better with meds. Found this officer online, made an appointment and drove there. We were early and they took us right in. Everyone was kind, patient and understanding.

I had a wound dehisced, made an appointment on the Solv app at 8pm arrived for my appointment, checked in from my car, went in the building to check-in because I had an issue with them before stating I didn’t check in for an appointment from my car, when I showed them my phone proving I did . The wait was to go in the back was about 20 minutes, the medical assistant was a guy he was polite and friendly, the wait to see the Dr was even longer as I sat waiting for the Dr. several staff members knocked on the door to come in and out to gather supplies or place specimens in a machine, until I asked one of them how much longer until the Dr comes in to examine me. He asked why was I in for and I explained my issue and he went and relayed the problem to the Dr. within 5 minutes the Dr. appeared. He examined me, then asked if he could show a Dr. in training my issue, I said sure, they both examined me and the one Dr. placed Steri strips on my wound after cleaning it up, we all were in there talking about medical stuff because I’m a nurse and I went home. Other than the wait time. This Dr. office is good for taking care of patients needs.
