What patients are saying...

The staff is wonderful! I wish I would have gotten the names of everyone I interacted with. The woman doing the check-in went out of her way to find a piece of information I needed and never showed any frustration or impatience with me. The assistant who took my information was very upbeat and pleasant!   The doctor was amazing. Through, great bedside manner and just all around wonderful! The ability to schedule an appointment online and fill out the required forms saved me so much time.  Highly recommend!

Booked an appointment quickly and was seen very fast, however the practitioner did not do a real thorough examination. He swab me for strep but said it came back negative. When I mentioned I didn’t think he swapped deep enough, he said he got enough of a sample and advised me what I had was viral and to get rest and drink fluids.  I went home and progressively got worse. Ended up going to a different urgent care less than 24 hours later and received a strep diagnosis. My tonsils were almost touching at this point, very disappointed this wasn’t caught at Get well.

Almost everyone was friendly and helpful. Except for the receptionist. She made us feel like we were bothering her. But the doctor was great and got us in and out and my scripts were ready by the time I got to the pharmacy.

I wish I wouldn’t have waited 2 days before going in. Had the worst sore throat I’ve ever had. Day after going I feel so much better!  From scheduling, to being greeted at the sign in window, then everything that followed was first class.  Hopefully I never have to go back ( because that only means I’m sick again) but if I’m sick this place will be my first choice.

Felt like they actually cared. My current (and soon former) pcp does not want you in her office if you’re sick. That’s like not taking your car to the shop if it’s broken.  Today, at your urgent care, I felt like I was cared for.   Highly recommend.
