Get Well Urgent Care, Sterling Heights

I booked an appointment while I was at work and was able to go straight from work to the urgent care and as soon as I walked in, I was already checked in from online and didn’t even have to sit in the waiting room. I got straight into a room. And I kid you not they always fix whatever is wrong with me when I come here and they’re so nice like the experience here is always 10/10 I had lots of uncomfortable symptoms from a viral infection they tested me for Covid and flu and got me an xray to make sure my chest pains weren’t from something else then prescribed me with 3 different medicines one of them just being Tylenol for the discomfort, and it’s the next day now and I feel so amazing and healthy it’s crazy and the convenience of them having a pharmacy in the same building as the urgent care is so nice the pharmacist there is so sweet and caring and thorough the entire staff id give 5 stars

The staff was welcoming and amazing!  My family and I have been here several times over the years and service is always great! Clean rooms, attentive  staff, doctors who listen and provide compassionate and timely care.  The pharmacy next door is great as well and the Rx is done quickly. Very nice pharmacist!

Always the best service no wait and the  lady at pharmacy was so kind . No other urgent care I would go to .

I didnt make it to my appointment sorry for that my ride didnt piçk me up I will reschedule the appointment later in the week but I will recommend get well to my friends and family The staff is very Polite never had a Problem with them

All staff very good and the pa John is number 1 he take care his patient the best

I have to wait 1/2 h in lobby and stayed 1h inside the room it took 2/12 in that office to leave never happen to me that long

Waiting to long for the PA to come first time happen service was poor wait time to to long and they not busy

The staff was great. The cure was amazing. Dr very tentative. My first time visiting I will definitely be going back in the future if needed.

I never had a bad experience at this urgent care. The online appointment scheduling and check-in is very smooth and wait times are only a few minutes. Staff friendly in process was very good. Would recommend to others.

Everything about my experiences here are always convenient and fast and I always feel like I get the best care and treatments. the entire staff are so kind and caring I’m so glad I have access to such quick and awesome healthcare. They’re truly awesome at their jobs
