Access Point Healthcare Urgent Care

I have been to this office several times. The office staff are always friendly and I have never had a long wait. Clinical staff are very helpful and with good beside manner. They are always able to help whenever my PCP is closed

Super easy to book an appointment & complete the necessary forms online. Extremely short wait time. The staff is different every time I’ve come to this location but they’re always excellent. The provider on this particular visit was very young & a little awkward but professional & thorough.

Wait time was short. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Third day with a horrible headache and went to urgent care and after a short wait time I saw the nurse then the Nurse Practitioner and he was very kind and asked question to conclude I had a migraine. I was given a shot and prescription sent to my local pharmacy.  Feeling 100% better already.  Thank you to the staff and NP

Once I was out in a room, I waited 3 hours u til the doctor saw me. I was worried they forgot about me, as nobody updated me ir followed up by letting me know that the doctor was running behind or a doctor will see me shortly-instead I could here the nurses and staff gossiping and I heard a patient in another room ask the staff how long it would take for the doctor to see them.

This is my first visit here. The staff was really wonderful. If I need to go again, I will definitely make an appointment online first. But even with being a walk-in, I didn’t have to wait very long and got excellent care.

Everything went fairly smoothly however I was given a breathing treatment and the tube came apart. I called for help and took quite a while before someone came to me. They picked up the tube and attached it without wiping it off. They gave me a shot and threw away the breathing tubes. The albuterol was not even half used the x-ray department closed at five. I was there at 20 of and asked for an x-ray. By the time they were ready for me to have it it was closed and I was sent to the ER at the hospital.

There was a decent wait time but it was clear the staff did everything possible to cut that time down and it seemed like everyone was enjoying their job every interaction I had was amazing it’s rare to see an entire staff act as professional and caring as they were today.

Front desk check in 5 star friendly. Lady that walk me back and took my vitals 2-3 star not so friendly. PA bedside manner 5 star friendly
