I came in because I have Heart Failure (6 stints), multiple sclerosis, type 1 diabetes, and a few other medical conditions (diagnosed by real doctors) The staff was nice, but did not seem to take me serioulsy. i have had low blood oxygen levels, and a hard time breathing and My PC doc was worried i had fluids on my lungs and wanted me to be seen at an urgent care or emergency room. I am scared to death of covid and chose to go to an urgent care. MY MISTAKE. I explained myself to the nurse 4 times and she still did not seem to understand or did not want to. they never took my blood pressure, temp or weight. they took my blood oxygen and it was 95 and my pulse was a little high. The nurse Practioner comes in (Howard) proceeds to tell me to lift my shirt up, felt me up (i'm female) didn't even ask me to cough when he listened to my lungs. Then proceeds to tell me i smoke a lot, and made a joke about poor me i didn't have pnmeonia. and sent me on my way.... So if i end up in the hospital with fluids or full blown heart failure... i'll be calling my lawyers.

Very poor level if care from my Orimary Care Physician Dr Yovine. Scheduled a physical and to get a specific issue looked at. Dr spent a total of about 5 minutes with me, did not do the full physical I requested when I made my appointment. The Dr seemed like he could not care less about my concerns, answered no questions, except to say he was referring me to a specialist. Which I can not get appointment with for 6 weeks. Meanwhile I live in pain with a possibly serious condition. If you want a Doctir that us willing to give more than 5 minutes of his time I would avoid this facility.
