I have yet to receive my results from a PCR test that was done there 9 days ago. Luckily I was able to find a rapid test at a pharmacy that confirmed I was positive for Covid. They never responded to my inquiring email either.

I went last week. The facility is not organized. Even with an appointment I was not called in on time. And now I still haven’t gotten my test results

The grapefruit testing in ambler is 2 hour lines even if you have an appointment and the person administering the test leaves at 6pm on the dot regardless of whether you had an appointment or not. They take walk ins and don't set aside tests for the appointments so give it to the walk-ins. Wife took my son yesterday for his appointment and they said they ran out of tests. She waited an hour for more to arrive. They arrived and 5 others were checked in to get tested. The nurse tested one person. Then said I am not staying past 6 and did the Fred Flintstone Yabba Dabba Doo and left as fast as possible.

Good experience overall. Not sure though when I get results fro My PCR test.

Giving this one star because I was not able to be seen for my appt. Apparently the system was down and they didn’t know when it would be back up & running. I knew this place was too good to be true.

This was a horrible experience - the workers seemed poorly trained to handle the situatuon, they lost my place in line, and I never received my test results!

Horrible , rude employees, not following cdc guidelines. Unlabeled specimens , incorrect procedures , horrendous experience. No confirmation of name / date of birth. No clear instructions and mass confusion, computer system constantly down. This is dangerous and needs to be reported to the health department. Do not use this service! Not to mention waiting 1.5 hours with an appointment and employees rude and fighting with patients .

Easy to sign up on the app. At my location there were only 2 people working and important to note that seemed to be working quickly. fortunate for me, I did not have to be anywhere so the 1.5 hr wait was not stressful. However, the cold temps did start to set in towards the end. My biggest complaint would be that I had an appt and I stood in the same line as the walk ins. Another big thing was that everyone could hear when someone was on facetime with the provider. No privacy at all and that feels important when you are explaining your covid-related symptoms.

My first experience at a test site that wasn’t a doctor’s office. My husband and I had appointments (made easily online the night before) whereas my sister was a walk in during a lunch hour on a Monday and her wait was possibly even shorter than ours. An hour all in. Dress warmly as you are outdoors for most of it. Testing site is a trailer in parking lot near Ambler Y outdoor pool. Wonderful service and peace of mind. Also free. The people who work here are my heroes. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment today.

Very long line - I thought it would be easy to check in, but you have to scan a code, fill out paperwork, and physically stand in line (45 min for me) to get ‘checked in’ again. All of this could have been done in the app. I had to speak to a medical professional before the test. The iPad stand was set up where everyone was waiting so I heard lots of people’s private business: name, birthdays, why there were there, if they had Covid before, etc. I don’t think the set up allowed for enough privacy.
