My husband and I both had the pcr test on January 3 and still have no results. I have called and emailed to see if they could locate the results and still no answer. They said they forwarded my issue to the lab and still nothing. I’m sure they had no problem in billing my insurance. I understand there would be some problems with testing but would appreciate an answer. Thankfully we weren’t waiting for results before taking a trip but our concern was child and grandchild contact

Would not recommend. Went for Covid test. Pcr was the only option they offered. Waited in line for over 2 hours. Highly disorganized. No light in the pod they were working out of. Tech did not change gloves in between patient. Was told I would have results in 2-3 days. Website said 5-7, understandably with the Holidays. I received a “what to do while waiting for results” email 4 days after I was tested. Tomorrow will be day 8 and still no results. Haven’t gotten a response from the email I sent and haven’t been able to reach anyone by phone. Would not recommend.

Never got tested, system down, left after an hour.

Had a 10am appointment and waited over two hours. Very disorganized.

The women working for grapefruit today were phenomenal. They were so helpful and efficient. Long line but they helped keep it moving.

Very disorganized process. The check-in person told me to wait and then walked away for 30 minutes. The woman who finally did the test was super nice though.

Wait is long, but it’s a small inconvenience for being able to get a test with little advance notice. Staff is very friendly.

Overall it was a terrible experience. I had an appointment at 11:00 and waited in line for 1 hour in the freezing cold with my 9 year old to get a rapid Covid test. I was forced to “meet” with a random doctor via zoom and give her information even though I have my own doctor. I found it to be very inappropriate to force someone to meet with a doctor they don’t know just to get a quick rapid Covid test. The staff was friendly but very unorganized for a line of people who ALL had appointments. I would literally never get another Covid test after this. Not worth it.

The 3 professionals who were assisting us and doing the tests we’re terrific. They were patient and kind and really efficient give the long line of people waiting to be tested. I booked the appointment online.

Wait time was a little long, but not surprising considering the surge. My info was not in the system despite making an appointment there days ago. The staff was super friendly and professional. Thanks!
