Thank you to everyone there who patiently got through a long line of folks.

It is currently 36 degrees out and I have been waiting in line for almost three hours and have still not been tested! If there were hundreds of people in line in front of me I would understand. Maybe there were 40-50. One hour and a half to register, after pre-registering while waiting in line. Then a second line to talk to someone on Telehealth. Then into the third line to wait for testing. Each person is inside for fifteen minutes while being tested! And the sun has set and it is growing colder by the minute! Not efficient at all!!

Horrible experience. Not only making an appointment was useless, people were getting serviced in order of arrival… they had us waiting outside in the freezing cold, i was waiting for 3 hours until I got called. No one was social distancing, everyone was cluttered together, the health workers didn’t enforce any type of social distancing or mask wearing. People were smoking in line. Got tested 3 hours ago and still haven’t received an email with my results (for the rapid test) Awful planning.

The staff was very informative and helpful.

Everyone was great and supportive.

Great all around?

We had a twenty minute wait but everyone was professional and friendly. There was some communication about it what type of COVID test was given. Antigen Test results came quickly.

Getting to place was confusing. The staff was great. The electronic access does not work, I still have not access to my result or a response to my e-mail.

The staff were amazing. Made my covid testing experience fun, somehow. Hats off to the staff who gave me the tests. They're great.
