I did covid pcr test twice, i never got results.

It was quick and easy, I went online and booked a visit and showed up at the testing site 5 minutes later.. friendly staff..

It has been seven days since my test and I am still waiting for my test results…. What was the point? Your testing staff was great and they were working extremely hard, but your systems for formalizing and communicating test results were disastrous Who is is running your company? Who is running our state You should all be ashamed.

No good documentation in how we would receive results. No test results yet after 7 days. Would not use this service again. Staff was very courteous. Needed more staffing

No point to make an appointment. They still make you wait in line. We didn’t feel like waiting for an hour after our appointment. If you make an appointment you should have an appointment.

This service is utterly pointless if you want to fly- airlines do not accept the flimsy card Grapefruit issue, and the online results/follow up is non existent. The pod itself and the care there was fine. It is impossible to find your results online- just a lot of come ons for future tests.

I booked an appointment for covid testing through the grapefruit website and filled out two forms online, as prompted, but when I arrived at the testing site was told that appointments for that site don’t exist. My sickly son and I then had to wait for some time in line in freezing temperatures and fill out another form. Website managers should make sure that accurate visit information for each site is provided online. The person who finally performed the test was friendly and efficient.

It is one week from my PCR test and I still haven’t gotten the results after 2 emails and a phone call.
