Everyone is sick right now. Even though the waiting room was full,. the staff kept up and I was in and out within half an hour. The position was promptly called in and nearly ready when I went to pick it up. Good price too!

Aweful. Went in at 2:15 on a Saturday didn’t realize they were closed considering the door was open and the open sign was lit. After 30 min someone finally told me they were closed. I mentioned I had sat there for 30min and the employee acknowledged that she knew I was there that long because she saw me on the cameras. When I asked why she didn’t have the common courtesy or decency to inform me they were closed before I sat there for 30MIN she threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. Don’t waist your time or money go to the Promedica facility 2 doors down the road.

I took my daughter here on New Year's Eve. I got there at 2:15. Found out they close at 3. When I walked in all I could smell was cigarette smoke. Nothing but people getting drug tests. We were the last ones seen. The receptionist locked the doors and left before we were even seen by the nurse practitioner. The nurse seemed really nice. She took my 2 year olds temperature in her ear. Said there was too much wax to see if there was an infection. She said my daughters fever was at 103° and I need to take her to an Er. After getting to the ER they said her temp was 100° exactly. They asked how her temp was taken, and said it should have been under the arm, or orally. I don't usually write reviews, but this place seriously disappointing and will not be returning.
