I've been going here for years never had a problem well Fri was a disaster my appointment was at 1045, didn't see the dr. Till almost 1pm, and he didn't even have my heart results in his folder, I blame the nurse not the dr. Need to find people who care about the patients not the way THEY look IN THE MIRROR, I LOVE MY DOCTORS THERE...Only COMPLAINT IS THE TIME I WAITED

It is very rare for me to take time out of my day to write a review about a business; however, my hope is that I can prevent another person from having the experience my family member had. First and foremost, any business ESPECIALLY a doctor's office should have the decency and respect to follow up with a patient. After numerous attempts, my family member was unable to speak to a member of the team let along the doctor and this went on for over a week. In a nutshell, communication is not their strong point. To put it plainly, when they did speak to a member of their staff, they were extremely unprofessional, rude, and did not take the time to properly document the reason for their visit. Shall we discuss the wait...you might as well pack a breakfast, lunch, and possibly a dinner; you will be waiting for a minimum of 2 hours not counting your entrance to your exit. For these reasons and more, I would not recommend for even my worst enemy to go to this center. There is a reason why their rating is as low as it is. All of this could be prevented, should they care about their patients and their business as a whole.
