The facility was astounding clean and the staff were extremely friendly. There was absolutely no wait and the Dr was very sweet and professional. If you need an urgent care facility, this is without a doubt the best place. Every other facility is dirty and busy but this is truly the dream urgent care.

Absolutely disgusting. Roaches in waiting room and patient rooms, one staff covered in herpes touching pens up to her herpes mouth before putting them back into the CLEAN PENS bin?!!?! What the actual hell is going on????, it truly is appalling that this is a medicine facility that is supposed to be sterile!?!?!? 🤮 this place needs to be and will be shut down. I’ll be sure of that. It’s not safe. USED Needles just laying all over the place in one of the rooms. It really is scary how filthy this place is. Spreading diseases into our community. UNSAFE and will be SHUT DOWN before ‘24. Mark my words.

DIRTY, ROACHES, GHETTO AS HELL. First I will just say this- I will be calling healthcare authorities on this place daily until it’s shut down. This place is absolutely disgusting. The caliber of person working at this place is appalling. More than one Staff member was covered in herpes all over her lips, and while trying to assist, asked patients to use their pens which her herpes mouth has been touched by- SHE PUT ONE OF THE PENS IN HER HERPES MOUTHHHHHH THEN BACK INTO THE “CLEAN” pens cup at the front. 🤮 🤮 🤮. They are SO unorganized, dirty, and overall the least sanitary health facility I’ve ever seen- I’ve seen roaches in the waiting and the patient rooms. Probably because all the ghetto staff and disgusting patients hacking all over eachother, come in with fast food burgers and greasy ass hands and asses touching everything. Smells like shit in there. I will be calling board of health on them daily until they are shut down. This place is NOT a sterile environment whatsoever. And the staff has zero medical training. Complete trash. That’s what you get for going someplace so disgustingly ghetto and trashy. Absolutely appalling this place is in business. It won’t be for long.
