Woke up with an asthma attack, made an appointment at 4am and was able to be seen at 9. Didn’t want to go to the ER and wait a whole day. Provider was quick and friendly. Made sure I was okay before I left after treatment. Would highly recommend.

Showed up 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment to be told the doctor was going to lunch and to fill out a paper for a call back. I told the staff , who also failed to acknowledge me when I came in and was standing there like I was invisible, that I would need to go elsewhere because my daughter required quick attention.

Everything was amazing but I give it a 4 star on care just because the doctor was not there to physically see my child. The visit was thru the phone.

My appointment was at 9:30am didn’t get seen until 3 hours later. It’s the same thing going in without an appointment. The care provider didn’t listen to my concerns after I told her my tongue is not normal I never had a white bumpy harry tongue and she continue to tell me it was all normal… I am 32 years old and I never had a white tongue before especially not harry and bumpy… I would not recommend this urgent care to nobody.Worse place ever

They are slow af and think they know what there prescribing you without even seeing what’s wrong with you.

They are very attentive. Kind. They listen and don't rush you. Genuine

Making an appointment online was super fast and easy.  Front desk was very polite and helpful. Back office was very friendly and fast. The wait time with an appointment was a 2 hr wait the an additional 45 mins while in a room.

This was the WORST service I have ever experienced anywhere! The staff was absolutely awful & did not care about my problems! On top of that, don’t waste your time on scheduling an appointment with them, because you will still wait 5 hours to be seen! Do not go there those people do not care about anyone, I had to tell the “doctor” myself what to order for MY HEALTH. Just ridiculous the providers are either rude or nonchalant!

Went to urgent care today last minute they seen me I didn’t have to wait. The doctor was attentive listened. The staff was nice. Had no problems and I would highly recommend this urgent care.
