I was so sick and my primary care MD was not available (Easter sunday). The Nurse Practitioner covered all the symptoms, gave me my scripts and I was home again within the hour! This is the 2nd time I have gone there. The first time, two years ago, a doctor saved my llife by recognizing symptoms of tick Babesiosis and sending me to the ER.

I was seen almost immediately. I had an unstoppable cough and just wanted relief. The doctor insisted i have a chest x-ray and she found a spot on my lungs that could be pneumonia. She prescribed an antibiotic and explained to me clearly the difficulty to really know that the antibiotics would work, given that it might be caused by a virus. Luckily for me the antibiotics worked. I had a great experience in that I felt my condition was being carefully considered and the choices understood. The x-ray technician was very friendly and helpful when I couldn't unclasp my necklace. All-in-all I highly recommend this team of doctors and technicians.

Dr. was complete jackass. Very condescending and borderline combative. Everything else was o.k..

The female doctor reprimanded me for not having a appointment. I’m really sick, and could not get into see my provider. I’m pretty sure, actually I’m positive they are a walk in clinic. She was very rude and also came into the room I was in twice with the wrong name.

They were SO RUDE and condescending to my husband it was unbelievable. My husband went in for a COVID test and the Nurse was so awful she said, and i quote, "Good luck" with that. He tried to ask her about an insect/spider bite he thought might be contributing to his symptoms and she wouldn't talk about it, said 'what are you here for', meaning COVID. Her license should be revoked...

Horrible. Unprofessional. Unfriendly. Do not go here!! Provider, Patricia Sullivan, was extraordinarily rude and obviously doesn’t care. Went in for an unbearable headache and ear/face pain and nausea. She didn’t really listen to me or my symptoms. Told me they can’t do tests or X-rays there and to go to my primary or if it’s that bad go to the hospital and have my “head examined”…. So very unprofessional. Waste of time and money. Only reason I went here was because the convenient MD down the street had a two hour wait… now I know why here was empty! Next time I’ll wait the two hours.

this was an absolute clusterfuck. My sister wanted to get tested for COVID-19 and they did not give her a wait time and told her to go back to her car. We waited in the car for a half an hour before she went in and asked what the wait time would be and they told her another half hour minimum. We have seen a very minimal amount of people leaving and going in so I’m not sure why it’s taking so long. She finally went in and has been inside for 30 minutes for two quick tests. Absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here, and never coming back.

You have to call them from your car; doors are locked. I told them over my mobile from my car that I cut my finger and part of my nail and it would not stop bleeding..no one looked at it but told me to go to the ER. I went to urgent care at Atrius and had great care.

I would not send my worst enemy here! The staff was incredibly rude to not only my family but also my 6 year old. Bedside manner was horrendous and inappropriate. Provider forgot to discharge us, as he sat at his desk in the open with bare feet.
