I took my daughter here to get see for a sore throat, ear pain and she said she had a blockage in her nose. The lady at the desk seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. It was a little after 7pm and they close at 8pm. A woman came in to have her son get x-rays and the woman behind the desk told her that the x-ray tech wasn’t there. After the lady and her son walked out the woman behind the desk had made a comment to her coworker about sending people away so they could leave at closing time. The woman behind the desk also tried to talk a man who walked in out of being seen. She was like we close at 8 and it’s a 45 minute wait are you sure you want to stay?! Also after being seen by the physician she recommended I have my daughters prescription transferred to a 24 hr pharmacy on brookpark rd. She said I could ask the woman up front to switch it to that pharmacy. I got up front by the desk you check out at before you leave and she acted as if I wasn’t standing there so I came around in front of the desk so she had no choice but to acknowledge me. I told her that I needed to switch pharmacy and she was like you should have told the doctor I said she said to let you know that you could change it. She made a face tapped on her keyboard and said okay it’s switched. I waited an hour then headed to the pharmacy just to find out she never switched it. I forgot to mention that there was either rat or mouse shit along the wall in the waiting area and the room we were put in. I took a video of it but I don’t think I can upload it here.

Umm I never got my test results or a call but everything else was good

The staff was very nice and helpful. The process of checking in and scheduling was simple. The care was great.

Offer online scheduling, however, does not actually maintain a schedule so you are treated like a walk-in; expect a long wait time. Advertise onsite x ray but use a floating tech so expect a long wait time for that as well.

First time here , staff were extremely friendly polite and very friendly and very timely efficient even the dr .. I will be coming back ..    I was in and out .. with much needed help and all my questions answered

The check-in process was easy! I really can’t say enough about how friendly everyone is, and understanding. They use the latest technology, and everything there was very clean, and had an “updated” feel. I am also thankful for the Physicians Assistant’s  extra care for me, with sharing great “real life” advice that made me feel like I was part of a family there. I heart-fully recommend Healthcare Express. Thank you all for a great experience!

Do cypress had no knowledge of what insect bites. Waste of time going

Went in for a drug test in order to apply for a job, and everybody was really helpful and friendly, and took the time to explain the process. After filling out all the paperwork, I had to wait about 15 minutes and then the process involved in the procedure was another 15 minutes, and then I was done. It was a very pleasant experience.

Wait time for random drug test walk in , shouldn't be almost an hour. All the other places I went had a turn around of 15min. Some people come prepared to give urine sample and not sit there and try it to hold .

All around amazing! Highly recommended. Super fast, super caring and helpful.
