Health Express Urgent Care, North Ridgeville

Professional, punctual and caring.  Very pleased with my visit.

Great care start to finish. Great customer service and knowledgeable

Scheduling online was easy, check in was easy, staff was friendly, care was great.

Even though the wait time was past my appointment time, I was still seen and had great care!

My problem wasn’t really resolved . I was not prescribed anything :( and I was told to go get allergy stuff . And I wasted 50 Dollars on allergy stuff.

I came in for a dog bite, now I did get sent home with antibiotics which is what I needed. But I didn’t get sent home with anything for the pain. I’ve been in extreme pain since my visit. The front desk guy was nice but he was playing video games during his time working and during check in and out. Felt like I was bothering him during his gaming time. Wait time was long when there was only me and one other guy in there. The woman who took me for vitals was very nice no problem with her. The doctor who looked me over was nice but it seemed she just wanted me in and out as fast as possible squeezed the bite area and sent me on my way.

Scheduled a T8 physical for 9am. Got there and checked in by 9am. Wasn’t seen until 9:30am. When I got there, there was 1 other patient there. Before I went back, another one came. The physical took over an hour between waiting in the lobby, doing the hearing test, waiting for the provider, completing the rest of the physical. Overall, the physical took 10 minutes to complete and I was there for over an hour. This urgent care is not urgent. I even made an appointment and still waited to be seen.

My child’s ear swelled to 3 times its normal size, no serious pain, but caused concern. Scheduled an appointment, super easy. Everyone was nice, checking vitals was easy. Doctor comes in, asks a couple questions and diagnoses him within a minute. Didn’t check his ear for internal infection or check his nodes.  He was nice and asked several questions about ongoings;  but I wish the check up was a little more thorough. I will continue to come, I just think the doctors need to listen to concerns a little better and check more when a parent/guardian is scared. This was not the first visit/doctor I had this experience with. At this location and others.

The front office staff were friendly and professional. Sadly the pa or cnp was not. She was condescending and extremely arrogant. I've been a patient several times over the years but never again!
