My child’s ear swelled to 3 times its normal size, no serious pain, but caused concern. Scheduled an appointment, super easy. Everyone was nice, checking vitals was easy. Doctor comes in, asks a couple questions and diagnoses him within a minute. Didn’t check his ear for internal infection or check his nodes.  He was nice and asked several questions about ongoings;  but I wish the check up was a little more thorough. I will continue to come, I just think the doctors need to listen to concerns a little better and check more when a parent/guardian is scared. This was not the first visit/doctor I had this experience with. At this location and others.

The front office staff were friendly and professional. Sadly the pa or cnp was not. She was condescending and extremely arrogant. I've been a patient several times over the years but never again!

UTI around 3 pm made a appointment at 4 the took right in they were excellent

Ended up going in because I had been sick for a few weeks and I was told to go get checked for whatever was going around and was cautioned that the parasite cyclosporiasis was going around and that I had every symptom and was not getting better so they sent me home with nausea meds so that I could feel decent and after a couple weeks results were in that I was positive for this parasite going around and they immediately sent medications into my pharmacy to get me healthy again and it was so easy and they were very understanding and caring.

When I scheduled online and also at the front desk when I arrived I explained the situation. I had removed a splinter from the bottom of my foot. The next day there was some swelling and evidence that part of the splinter remained in my foot but it was in too far to reach. There’s no way to reach it without cutting. They took my $50 copay and the minute the medical person (not a doctor) walked in the room she said they can’t cut. Why wouldn’t they tell me that upfront when I explained that’s what would be needed instead of wasting my time and taking my money when they knew they couldn’t do what was needed?  Do NOT trust these people to do anything more than take your money. If you need medical attention go anywhere else.

I needed to renew my dot physical and they got it done for me .

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I needed an X-ray and they called to let me know best time to come in so there would be a shorter wait. They were patient with me and understanding of the pain I was in never felt rushed.

Haven't been feeling good for a couple weeks. Was able to book an appointment within the hour. No wait when I got there. Nurse was very kind and cordial. Didn't wait long for the doctor. Very thorough and listened to what I had to say. Was very pleased with his diagnosis. Definitely will come to this urgent care anytime I need medical treatment.

Everything was great. Staff very knowledgeable and professional. Hardly any wait time. What else could you ask for!!!
