Will never go there again. Prices are very expensive.

Waited an hour for service. After x-rays and bloodwork, I finally got pills for my severe nausea. My prescription was sent to Marshall! Why? We were in Longview. I electronically and wrote in person the correct Walgreens pharmacy. Two days later, I still don’t have any prescription because it always not cancelled in Marshall! 2 calls later, still waiting!

Our regular doctor was booked, so I came here out of concern for my son, who was showing signs of respiratory distress. My child was very briefly examined and diagnosed with a viral infection that would pass on its own. Unsatisfied with the exam, I made an appointment with his regular pediatrician the next day where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. The doctor here was nice, but this should have been caught during his exam.

This is my favorite place to go for quick care. Jody the nurse is exceptional and his voice radiates calmness. Cindi is no nonsense but gives great recommendations, explanations, and over all a great person to be seen by. I appreciate their care and cleanliness of their facility.

In and out - was listened to attentively and treated accordingly. Alex was awesome

The staff was friendly and it was really clean and I even had an appointment so they got me right in at 1pm but then forgot about me in the room for an hour. Then after finally seeing someone getting an rx supposedly called in I came to find out nothing was called in or even noted on my account that anything was prescribed to me? I am already feeling terrible as I am positive from Covid and now I’m having to chase down people from your office to correct this problem? Not my idea of a good experience I was looking at the paperwork I was given that would generally have a summary of my visit and prescriptions perhaps this may be something to help prevent this problem I. I went in today, I have been here several times before but today they told me my copay was $75 instead of $25, I tried to tell the lady at front desk this was wrong but she refused to call them back because they had already told her $75. I called insurance company and they apologized and said they would call them ( y'all) back and tell you the correct copay but I had already left, not a good experience today and I'm still very sick but next time I'll go to the emergency room at the hospital

Wait time was short to get in and the staff was friendly but I had to wait for the procedure room. They took excellent care of me and wanted me to return to be sure everything is good. My second time there and would recommend them.
