I made an appointment for my child to be seen. We arrived on time, but after waiting over an hour had not been seen and no one had provided us any information.

Made an appointment for 12:30, arrived at 12:20 and waited until about 12:40 before I was even called up to the front desk. Then it was about 1:15 before I was called to the back. The tech that came and got me was very nice and had great beside manner, she is the only reason it wasn’t straight one stars. After she left it was roughly another 10 min wait before the PA came I. And she just kinda stood in the corner. She asked what was wrong and then was ready to leave. I finally asked for my own treatment because she was going to just leave without any sort of diagnosis or treatment, just a yep sounds like you’re sick. I took off work, I waited for an hour, and I paid a nice chunk of money to be seen by someone that would diagnose and treat me. I knew I was sick that is why I did all the other things. I had to ask to treatment for specific medication for specific test. I was there to see someone who would know to do all that and it very frustrating that I had to do it myself. My husband was sick last week presumably with the same thing I have, he went to the VA was in and out in 20 min had been tested, treated with 2 shots and was given some antibiotics all within 20 min of arrival with no appointment.

Made an appointment for 3pm and didn’t see anyone until 4:40. I’m not sure what the point in making an appointment is if I was going to be put in the queue with walk in customers anyway.

This location is my preferred quick care clinic. They are always friendly and professional. My main concern Tuesday morning was that I scheduled the earliest appointment so that I would miss the least amount of work. The LPN was very sweet and patient with me. Just FYI for the future, they don't unlock their doors until 8:00 am, so no need to show up early. And then it took 25 minutes to get taken to an exam room, even though I was the only one in the waiting room.
