The check in staff r very unprofessional with married men right in front of the wife’s n when the married men come alone offering disrespectful services your facilities are amazing but reception r very flirtatious behavior is unacceptable

Hello. I just saw my doctor about my 'fracture' - someone read the report wrong, there is NO fracture and I've had to wear this splint for over two weeks! Will I still have to pay for the splint I didn't need?-
