Covid test scam facility

The place was closed . Why would Solv allowe me to make an appointment with a location being closed . I got confirmation texts I even sign in when I was outside when I walked to the door the door was locked I even asked a lady that worked next door and she said it has been closed for a while . I’m very upset and disappointed . Worst experience ever .

Had an appointment for 8 AM and didn’t get seen until 9 AM.

Place was efficient but I never got my results via email and they are very challenging to get a hold of on the phone.

This place was not even opened.

The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, she would be the only reason I would care to return to the facility. I am still pending my test results via email. I paid for pcr rapid out of pocket and am still waiting for the email results to forward to my boss, they did , however call that same day and when I inquired about when I would receive my email the person who called stated that they were very very busy and didn’t know…..

$175 for a Covid test w/o accepting insurance is price gouging at its worst.

Do not go here! There were about 20 people that made appointments waiting outside and the practice was closed…waited for an hour no one ever can to open the practice. The business owner next door said this happens a lot. “Sometimes they open sometimes the don’t” real crappy way to treat people who are sick. I traveled 40 min for this.

I had a appointment in you Yorktown, Ny office and I went there and there was a sign on the door that read, due to icy conditions this office is closed, so I went to caremont and had a result and a diagnosis in a few hours!

Closed due to icy conditions didn’t reopen. Rescheduled for next day and still closed. No one sent notice they were closed, drove out of my way wasting time.
