I've been here many times over the past 10+ years, at least twice a year and have never had a bad experience. Doctors/staff are friendly, caring and professional and have always provided the care needed.

I normally don’t take time away from my day to fill out surveys or leave reviews but my friend told me about her recent visit. With this situation I can not look the other way. My friend went in for medical attention. The person that she had to deal with was very unprofessional and lacked sense of duty for the line of work she chose for herself. Not only did she tell my friend she was in pain because she’s fat but she denied her X-Rays and any medical attention. It caught my friend off guard and really hurt her. This person that was supposed to be there to help her added more pain to what she already was in and made her cry. After a few minutes to get herself together she got up the courage to ask the Doctor again for a X-Ray and again she was refused medical attention. She said no and that she was in pain because of her weight. This person does not need to be in the healthcare industry. This so called Doctor must be as stupid as she is ignorant, it’s sad that she spent all the time and money on education and didn’t get the simple concept that a healthcare worker is there to help people. This so called professional is a waste of a position that could be used for a actual human being who appreciates their job. Either this Doctor is stealing from her Employer by being lazy and not doing her job or she’s a little girl on a power trip Not a Doctor.

I completely agree with the other poster. WHY AREN'T THESE PEOPLE WEARING MASKS?? I was incredibly disappointed to see no one with a mask on, and it just upped my anxiety. Not cool, staff. Not cool.
