My appointment was for 4:40pm. Text had me fill out paperwork, but said my appointment was at 6:40pm. Checked app, said my appointment was at 4:40. Logged in at 4:30pm, stayed in the lobby until 6:30 when I got a text to click another link and join another lobby... doctor was great, but no communication between the app and the doctor.
