Worst place to go to had a very serious injury had to wait forever to be seen got to the back it took 3 people to come and look at my wound one after the other as I sat there in excruciating pain finally I had to as if they would at least numb it or something all this took about 25 minutes so finally they started working on me I got 15 stitches I was in so much pain that I didn't realize that they sent me home with nothing for pain

I came here because I had an accident and ripped the skin off my leg I sat in the waiting room bleeding and in agony for 25 minutes finally they called me to the back and waited to be seen they did my vitals so I waited again then someone came in I explained my injury they looked at it and an said OK ill be back so I waited again still bleeding in excruciating pain so this time 2 people came in to look at my wound then they left so I'm waiting again this went on till 3 people came to look at it so finally I said can yall at least numb it or something so they left to go get the stuff to start working on my leg so this was about another 25 minutes of me waiting troubling in pain they explained about how they had to numb it using needles I said yeah I know so they did everything gave me 15 stitches I was in so much pain that I didn't realize that they sent me home with "NOTHING FOR PAIN" I CANT BELIEVE HOW I WAS TREATED THERE!! I had to call them the next day because I went home and passed out because I was hurting so bad

At their house the place that I chose to have care wasn't even still connected to the salt portal anymore I had to fill out all of my paperwork when I had to go to the site that was very disappointing

HMC staff indicated the app was not functioning properly and when I called in they showed no evidence of registration for my appointment. Total waste of time. Will never use again!
