I truly was pleased from start to finish I do have a recommendation… I think that people coming in with symptoms like the stomach virus should have the option to do a tele visit so others are not subject to it.. there was someone there when I went, I also suggest routine spraying down and wiping down with Lysol and bleach  of all chairs, door knobs etc… unfortunately the individual had leakage and was sitting in a chair in the lobby!… I warned a gentleman to remove his daughter from the chair and to sanitize her and to let the front desk lady know to wipe down everything bc she wasn’t there when I walked out to do so.

Quick and effective! Nice bedside manner and everyone there was pleasant.

Had an accident that caused a fracture in my foot.  Got great care and a quick answer of what to do for treatment.

Only thing negative was once I was in a room I was in the room for 1 hour 15 min before anyone came in the room. I popped my head out of the room and asked for the bathroom and seems that they forgot I was in there. No big deal we all get busy! Great care though!

Woke up awfully sick Friday morning. Figured just a cold so I was gonna wait it out. Friday night got really short or breath so I went to the urgent care because they were still open for another hour. I got there a little before 7 they close at 8. Everyone was nice but I felt like they were just rushing me out of there to get home. The doctor did listen to me but it took forever for her to come and see me in my room i waited good 45 mins. She did not really say much about what I had just said she sent some medicine to my pharmacy. Asked about my ear and she said “antibiotic will take care of it”. Okay so is it infected or just fluid? Otherwise it was fine.

Great to have quality care available on a weekend. Very professional staff, clean facility, and quick service.

Was able to reserve a spot for a follow up after not getting any better from the previous Sunday. Everything was easy to schedule and got called back in a timely manner and seen as well. I left feeling like the NP took great care of me.

I had a terrible pain in my neck, shoulder, & arm.  The nurse in our family physicians’ office said our Dr was already overbooked & maybe I should go to urgent care & the professionals there might suggest an X-ray.  Urgent Carr professionals are top notch & caring folks.  I was a walk-in and the staff took me in & I was examined, c-rayed, & enroute in a short time.   They dealt with me and others in a short time.   My neighbor had also recommended Urgent Care in Athens.   I also recommend Urgent Care based on my experience with the professional team providing medical care.

Started experiencing symptoms of UTI and/or kidney stones on Sunday, after 3 days symptoms weren’t improving so I opted to seek care at Urgent Care instead of the nightmare emergency room. Checked in and waited maybe 15 minutes if that. Within the hour I had labs drawn and an x-ray done, meds prescribed and on my way. Joleen was fantastic as was the entire staff!
