Was stressing a little bit about a large boil on my neck at the shoulder, I arrived at opening time on a Thursday morning, check in was smooth, done all on my phone. The nurse practitioner (Shelby Thompson) was extremely professional & did an outstanding job draining and cleaning up the area. NP Thompson had a lovely bedside manner that relaxed a nervous situation. Great job Huntsville Hospital on this Urgent Care location.

Excellent first-time experience with HH Urgent Care.  While I was the first patient to register at 8:00AM and was not seen until 8:45, the staff made up for the delay with its courteous demeanor and jovial attitude.  The NP was very mild in nature, I wonder if she picked up on my nerves and purposely adjusted very quickly to make me feel assured and at ease.  Great job HH Urgent Care.  Hope I won’t be back for some time, but will choose you as my provider should I need to.  The P was spot-on for my treatment plan, feeling much better the next day.

Woke up Saturday morning with a sore throat and was very weak on Sunday. I was able to book an appointment  for Monday morning online. All the staff from the receptionist and medical assistant to the nurse practitioner were very friendly and helpful, and professional.

The staff was easy to talk to and understood my needs and I was seen within a reasonable amount of time. Last clinic I went to I was the only one there and I was stuck in the room for 30 minutes. I’m not sure what the staff was doing at that clinic. This clinic was on top of it and took care of everybody in a timely manner.

Well, it had to happen eventually. A visit that started out awful because the person at the front desk was annoyed because I was paying cash for my co-pay. I am not trying to be mean, but, that is your job...figure it out. Triage was lovely, as always. After that things went downhill fast. I question the knowledge and experience of the Nurse who was treating me because basic concerns like sinus headache and possible sinus infection were not even addressed. She spent her entire time on her laptop trying to determine what my issues were today based on previous visits. My head is still throbbing and my nose is still bleeding a day later.

Staff were friendly and polite despite only having one provider at the time. I was told that rapid tests for COVID, flu, and strep were all negative, but a subsequent appointment at another clinic confirmed that I DID have strep. The staff was very kind, but I am disappointed that they did not diagnose me correctly.

Developed ear ache scheduled visit was out in 3o min highly recommend

Everyone was fantastic and the office was clean. The staff was very efficient and effective in treating my 8 YO son and I am very pleased and grateful. I would definitely recommend.

Cut my left index finger severely and knew I would need to have stitches. ER at main hospital was very crowded with at least an 5-8 hour wait. Called Urgent Care and was able to get in immediately and was treated with utmost kindness and care. Would recommend the urgent care facility to anyone one.
