I came in looking for clear answers after receiving multiple mixed signals. My blood work and urine test came back negative, but I haven’t started my period, I’m not under stress, and I’ve tested positive at home six times. Despite this, when I asked for an ultrasound to get more clarity, the doctor refused, stating that because my tests were negative, there was no probable cause. I then asked if she could check for ovarian cysts, as I had been researching possible explanations for my symptoms. She responded, “Cysts wouldn’t give you positive home tests.” To me, that should have been a reason to investigate further, not dismiss my concerns. When I questioned why that wouldn’t warrant further testing, she simply repeated that my tests were negative, so there was no reason to do an ultrasound. I feel like my concerns were completely disregarded. I came in trying to understand what’s happening with my body, and instead of being given answers, I was shut down. An ultrasound should have been conducted to provide clarity, yet I was denied one without real consideration. This experience left me feeling unheard and frustrated.

No one in the office introduced themselves or told me their role in process . I don’t know who I saw or their position . Nurse, PA , Doctor?, very impersonal.

The pa completely ignored my sons symptoms . She said nothing was wrong and he needed to go to school. We ended up the hospital the same night. He has pneumonia. The hospital said they don't understand how it was completely missed by the clinic and were appalled that he was just dismissed.

I had a cough and a sore throat going on for a few days. I couldn't really sleep all night so I decided I'd go into the clinic. I had no appointment but they got me right in. The lady at the desk did a great job of helping me do the paperwork. Everyone there did a great job of making me feel better about my health.

Scheduling on line was easy.  Check-in was very easy also.  I had selected to reserve a time-slot - and I was called back to triage exactly at the time I had requested.  The staff is always so kind and efficient.  I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Very convenient for getting Basic tests done. Left with a flu diagnosis and a prescription. Took about an hour with appointment made online.

I received wonderful care. I had to go and get tested for flu. Took absolute care and went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed to help me get better as quickly as possible. Love this clinic and the staff.

My wife and I were not feeling well, got online and were able to schedule back to back appointments. The staff were though and nice, this is our preferred urgent care! Thank you!

Front desk staff was not friendly at all.  Talked to me with a toothpick hanging out of her mouth.  Rude over the phone and in person .  The medical staff was great very friendly . Listened well and kept me informed all along the way.  The nurse and practitioner were great.
