This review is based on my last experience. I have been here before and have been very pleased with the care I received. This last time not so much. But this is not why I will not be returning. Besides having to pay an urgent care co-pay (which is expected and higher than visiting primary care), I was also charged an additional fee of $10 supposedly for coming in on the weekend. So a higher co-pay because it's urgent care PLUS an additional $10 not covered by insurance? Isn't one of the reasons to go to urgent care because it is a weekend and your regular physician office is closed? This really doesn't seem right to me at all and this is why I will find someplace else for my urgent care needs.
