I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend getting any testing done in this facility. 5+ Stars

I developed a potentially dangerous infection in my upper leg and was treated by Dr. McCoy who drained it and administered antibiotics to clear the infection. Because I was unable to tolerate the oral form of antibiotics, I was forced to return to the office for the next 4 or 5 days for antibiotic injections and treatment. The nursing staff, particularly Brian and the doctors were prompt, courteous and most important effective in their treatment and I strongly recommend them

Again, another awesome experience at IMA Urgent Care in Shrewsbury!! From the front desk check in, to the nurse who took my vitals, to the MD, I felt truly listened to and taken care of. I am going through a very stressful time in my life and this team made me feel heard, cared for and safe! Thank you all again!!! Special thanks to Katie, Melissa, Angelica, Abby and Dr. Ibrahim. Dr. Bhoori is the best❤️ We have bee under her care for years and she’s always take care of us when we are I’ll. Very knowledgeable professional caring and always makes us feel better. She’s the best and the staff is amazing also.

The wait time was short. Everyone was very nice. Nurse Empress and Dr. Bhoori were great. No complaints.

Dr Bhoori is my favorite! She is always patient, kind, and she listens She has been on point with her daignosis and knowledge every time and she goes to great lengths to follow up She is a wonderful asset to the ugent care!

I do not recommend going here. They told me that I had severe food poisoning. It turned out that I had necrotizing fasciitis. I had to have my right leg amputated and 30 operations at Riverview.

My family and I have been going here for so long and Dr.Bhoori is always so kind and caring! We all trust her and know she will take as much time needed to get us feeling better.

As of late i found it necessary to use IMA Shrewsbury. I had a good experience with Dr. Bhoori. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Her caring way put me at ease. I know if my doctor isn't available, she is there.

Firstly, let me thank all the professionals that serve at the IMA. If it weren’t for our health providers, with their education, humanitarianism, and their self-sacrifice, this country wouldn’t be what it is today. Much is said about the lives lost in the COVID19 pandemic and it is sad and unfortunate. However, many people survived the disease because of our health providers even as they put their own lives at risk. I visited the IMA today and can’t praise the professionals enough. They were personable yet professional; thorough and friendly. The doctor was patient and attentive to my problem. Tori was friendly and understanding. Although I was concerned and somewhat worried, they both put me at ease and allayed my distress. Again, thank you to all of you health professionals for all that you do.
