I am scared of the dentist and I was very nervous but Karen and Dr.Nuv was very patient and caring and I thank God I had them today or I was about to run straight out the door. But they was soothing and helped me feel comfortable and answered my questions and they checked on me as a person and I appreciate anyone who recognizes me instead of being another number..I am thankful

I needed dental work done and went to the ImediaDent in Florence, Kentucky. I was told it was $250 for the exam and xrays. I was then told that they did not take cash, but I could go the the bank and get a money order. After being examined, I was quoted "worst case scenario" of $330 for an extraction if it was surgical and had to make an incision and remove bone. And if it was simple (non-surgical), it would be much less. I was told that their payment plan was that I could apply for their credit card and pay over a year. I needed relief and was already in the chair, so I went ahead. The tooth was extracted with less pain than I expected. When it was finished, the dentist told the assistant that to mark it as simple and something I did not understand. No incision, no removal of bone or stitches. I went to the desk to cash out and was told it was $306. I told the lady that it was non-surgical and should have been less because that is what the doctor said, that it was simple and something else. She said no, that it was $306 dollars. I paid with another card. Thanks for saving me $24.00 I just feel that I got fleeced. I wish I had gone somewhere else.

It was a nightmare they literally took an infected implant then an abscess tooth and let me go home with no antibiotics or pain meds. The woman, who helped Dr Neu, was so rude to me, not one smile like she was better than me or something. She should not be allowed to be near patient. There was not a caring nor sympathetic bone in that woman’s body. Dr Neu was also apathetic. It was so upsetting. I’m scared of the dentist anyway I’d like to thank Immediadent and Dr Neu for making it that much worse. I was treated as if I was drug seeking. Who in their right mind would have teeth pulled for pain meds but antibiotics would of been nice. I warn anyone not to go there. Plus they say they are full service but that is very misleading. If you want to wait hours and hours in pain in a waiting room and I am not exaggerating. Then get to the back only to have to wait there and then people comingvas you face the wall without as even a knock or saying hi. They should be shut down if only for one dentist taking care of ten patients, ten booths all full and him running around like crazy. They are looking for a Malpractice suit. Thanks for listening
