One line for people who had appointments and those who didn’t. Almost 2 1/2 hrs after my appointment time. Too much paperwork had to be filled out.

I expected to wait a long time so almost 3 hours was not fun but expected. 2 staff were pleasant, courteous, last one, a nurse, yelled at me got nothing pulling up enough, then told me she was tired and didn’t feel like standing and walking to my car. To finish my “exam” she only asked if I have any good allergies (for a pcr Covid test?! The paperwork i gave her had an area for vitals and other info and the other staff told me the nurse would fill it out) but all she asked was if I had food allergies. (?!) I respect nurses. Usually. But I called back and told her I was SICK and had waited in my car 3 hours… There was no sign telling where to pull the car up, just get yelling at me. Cleanliness? Idk it was outdoors You can publish this but I’m sure you won’t.

There is no point in scheduling a visit. Once you arrive, you are in the same line with the walk-in appointments. We waited 2 1/2 hours. I filled out the same information 3 times in just scheduling the appointment. When we were there I filled it out again twice. The staff was doing the best the could however they were left with just 5 staffers. The staff handing out the test, the ones collecting it were very efficient but then there is only one person collecting the paper work and that is the hold up.

I am waiting seven days now and still have not received my test results! I’ve always had results in 3-3 days. This is stressful to say the least

Needless waiting it took 3 hours past my appointment time an hour of which was to get a pice of paper a guy could have handed me after I turned in my test saying if I don’t get my results in the time frame to email this. Very poorly run testing center.

What a huge waste of time and resources. Getting the results next Thursday does absolutely no good. My quarantine requirement would be over anyway .

All paperwork should be done while waiting in a 5 hour line. After you do test n return should be sent on your way. No need to go through tent for more paperwork. Pass a packet and move on. When you return test return papers and they should go on with there day. My opinion. After I waited n finally did test n returned test and some papers I waited another 2 hours For more papers.
