This place is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! I went in to be seen at urgent care and a man collapsed and had a seizure, not one of the workers at the clinic helped him. My mother was the one that help him and made sure he wouldn’t choke on his own vomit!!!!! How the hell is this a facility that’s meant to help the sickly and workers literally stand and watch someone have a seizure without offering them any help!!!!! They didn’t even call an ambulance I had to scream for one of the workers to call one!!!!!! One of the workers named Megan threatened to call the police because “we needed to give the family privacy” when non of the workers wanted to help him. One of the workers that was Hawaiian grabbed my mother’s arm and told her to step aside after helping the man that had the seizure. I am disgusted and outraged. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of the workers at this clinic should not be employed!!!!!!!!!!!! These people are pure evil and heartless, may you receive the same mistreatment you give your patients!!!!!!!!!!!!

Booked an urgent care appointment for 10:30am, but was not seen until 12:00pm. Told that I was required to put on the surgical mask they provided by the front desk receptionist (I had a K95 with a cloth one over it). This would have been fine had she not touched the inside of it as she was handing it to me. I witnessed her touching everyone’s ID, Insurance Cards, etc. and I saw no hand sanitizer being used prior. If you are going to make this your policy, provide your employees with some basic hygiene practices. As I turned to walk outside to wait in my car, an older gentleman was sitting in the waiting area, using his cell phone via speaker, with his mask pulled completely off his face and taking very loudly. Then, when I finally received a call from the medical assistant that it was my turn I was greeted with “I’m trying to get you to come in here”. Huh? What kind of phone etiquette is that? I’ve been waiting for over an hour in my vehicle and you want to sound annoyed that I’m not sitting in your waiting room with Mr. No Mask while he talks loudly on his phone? I also feel that you could find a different way of taking someone’s temperature other than requiring them to pull down their mask to put something under their tongue. I know there is temporal technology. My previous experience here was very good, this one was horrible. After waiting an hour an 30 minutes to see the doctor, I was sent to the ER within 3 minutes of her walking in the room.
