Walking in nervous & a wreck.. however after a few minutes of the usual things I’d assume as I’m first time visitor here and long time since any health care visits the staff (2) at front were professional yet familiar and calming like they with out trying had me feeling like family. The PA was great succinct professional accommodating & ‘normal’ as in I didn’t feel weird for my issue. Handled in & out & on with a beautiful Sunday. This is the clinic (Ballard) I would recommend to all Oh and I live in NORTH BEND WA! Circumstances placed me in Ballard this morning.. you want clean, expedient, detailed, accommodating, issues rectified? I did and made an excellent choice Holman road Ballard!

I went to have stitches removed. Everyone was very friendly and the whole process was quick and painless!

There are limited diagnostic abilities of urgent care clinics, which is the only downside. As long as you have a fairly easily diagnosable problem to fix, the staff was very friendly and I would come again if I had an issue that fits their care model.

Was able to get my son in and checked for the flu. They provided medicine ASAP and were very friendly!

Everyone was kind and professional, from Iyesha, who checked me in; to Olga, who checked my vitals; to Dr. Clay, the provider; to Halima, who followed up with me!

I came in to be treated and was able to get in a time slot that someone didn’t come to, at 12:40pm. I wasn’t helped until 1:30pm, and all the while I can hear the doctors in the back chit chatting loudly and it seemed like I was the only person in the clinic because I saw no one else come out. I was diagnosed with strep and personally, I have an allergy to amoxicillin. It’s in my charts and I told the doctor 4 times that I’m allergic to it. She comes back in and says I have a prescription waiting for you of amoxicillin. I’m very dissatisfied with my visit. It’s completely inappropriate to keep a patient waiting and have the whole clinic echoing their “riveting” conversation. The front desk girl did all she could, my issue is with the practitioners who, and I know it’s a big accusation, are neglecting their patients. Unrelated, there was a 45 pound weight in the room they put me in, which I just found odd.

The receptionist was not warm or friendly at all when we walked it. She spoke very quickly and quietly and sounded like she was reading from a script. She also acted annoyed and when I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear her. The healthcare provider also spoke very quickly and seemed very stressed. I spent probably about 2 minutes with her and she seemed very anxious to get on to the next patient. However the woman who took my vitals was very pleasant. She was the highlight of my experience.

Staff was very friendly. Love being able to get appt time to minimize wait time. Highly recommend.
