Staff didn’t open clinic until ten minutes after the hour, I didn’t get seen for my 8 am appointment until 8:25 (I booked an early morning appointment because I have work after), staff lectured me that I shouldn’t have come back to the clinic for the cold/respiratory infection I had visited for because I had been in last week, and that I should go to my primary care instead. Lecture continued even after I told them that I had been busy with work all week and my primary care was not open during my free time. I guess next time I’m sick enough to seek medical care I’ll just wait until I have a day off in a week or two.

We arrived at 10 minutes before“closing” with an adult patient with a UTI. He has a history of this and turning into sepsis if not treated at the beginning. We were turned away because we would not be through before closing. You need better employees. I am from Atlanta and manage a primary care practice with 8 doctors and 23 NPs. My rope would never pull this stunt twice.

The Physicians Assistant spent ample time investigating my issues, had me get an x-ray on sight to rule out more serious issues, and outlined a plan to resolve my issues. I also received a call to check on me two days after the visit.
