Waited over 6 hours for them to call in my prescription. The Receptionist hung up on me when I asked for a status update.

A very short wait and excellent care. Prescription had been sent to my pharmacy so I was able to start on the drug right away.

Appreciate the expedited care from the moment I walked in! Was sad to hear this Queen Anne UC location will be closing soon! Hoping other location experience will be as lovely as this one! Thank you Immediate Clinic UC.

Staff didn’t open clinic until ten minutes after the hour, I didn’t get seen for my 8 am appointment until 8:25 (I booked an early morning appointment because I have work after), staff lectured me that I shouldn’t have come back to the clinic for the cold/respiratory infection I had visited for because I had been in last week, and that I should go to my primary care instead. Lecture continued even after I told them that I had been busy with work all week and my primary care was not open during my free time. I guess next time I’m sick enough to seek medical care I’ll just wait until I have a day off in a week or two.

Horrible experience. The doctor refused to help me. Didn’t ask me any questions about my symptoms and immediately decided that she wasn’t going to assist me. The doctor talked down to me like they she thought I was stupid. I will never come back to this clinic

We arrived at 10 minutes before“closing” with an adult patient with a UTI. He has a history of this and turning into sepsis if not treated at the beginning. We were turned away because we would not be through before closing. You need better employees. I am from Atlanta and manage a primary care practice with 8 doctors and 23 NPs. My rope would never pull this stunt twice.

Blood draw. Fast in and out

The Physicians Assistant spent ample time investigating my issues, had me get an x-ray on sight to rule out more serious issues, and outlined a plan to resolve my issues. I also received a call to check on me two days after the visit.
