I came early and they got me right into the exam room before even checking my insurance. Great and friendly staff, made me feel welcome and kept checking in on me when I had to wait in the exam room. Also gave me complimentary bandage supplies!

The staff and provider at the clinic were so professional and friendly. The provider even called my pharmacy and I to followup on a medication question. I will definitely use the clinic again.

I brought my son in yesterday to be seen for pain in multiple lymph nodes, his regular doctor couldn’t get him in so I elected to bring him to urgent care. We were greeted by a very friendly staff and had a very short wait time. The MA who checked us in was very efficient and nice. I thought the nurse practitioner was nice but VERY rushed, I think she was in the room for 3-5 minutes. She left to run a strep test and a different MA brought us our results. When I said I had a few more questions I was told it would be at least 10 minutes before the nurse could answer anything and did I wang a doctors note instead. I ended up calling our nurse hotline last night, they felt his symptoms were worrisome and told me to see a doctor as soon as possible. I feel that if our nurse had taken a little more time we wouldn’t have had to call a different nurse later in the evening

The doctor I saw was extremely friendly and confident however I left very unclear of my plan of care/next steps. I ended up having to see another doctor the next day because they missed a very clear, secondary staph infection I had which required a significant dose of antibiotics. At my visit, the only thing I was prescribed was the same ointment I was already using which is very concerning given the state I was in.

I was having a very bad day and had to seek urgent treatment care. This was my first visit to this Clinic and I would recommend it to anyone. Everyone was so kind and treated me like a valuable person and it made my bad day more bearable. I really appreciate everyone there.

Dr. Lum was wonderful, however the demeanor and how the assistant drawing my blood treated me was absolutely infuriating. Never have I heard someone in a doctors facility speak to me the way that assistant did. Truly do not think I will ever return after that experience.

From checking in, to vitals with the MA, to exam with PA - everyone was professional. The PA did a great job explaining things to me. The MA was friendly and comfortable to talk to. The reception was also great and she was knowledgeable and friendly.
