Honestly, worst urgent care visit I’ve ever had. The PA or whatever she was spent maybe 3secs zero exaggeration looking at my ears with her scope. (I was at the visit to get my ears cleaned). Then immediately left and had what I assume was a nurse (maybe not) clean my ears out and why I say this person was clueless that’s an understatement. Nothing she did made any sense and she just kind of thought she knew everything. Instead of using the bottle tip function as it should be she used a syringe. Then she put like a little bit of hydrogen peroxide in them, but how you really should do it is mixed the hydrogen peroxide with warm water because that’s how you melt wax. I told her this and she pretty much didn’t listen and was like ik what I’m doing (she didn’t). Bottom line she made my ears like 100x worse didn’t get any of the wax out. Then the PA came back for another 3secs and said all good even though they weren’t. I don’t even think it’s possible to know anything with the little times she spent. Not to mention I waited 2 hours for this. So honestly worst urgent care visit I’ve ever had. I mean, I guess it’s really hard to find capable employees in New Orleans. I live here so ik  these people were like horrifically bad at their jobs

Broke finger. Scheduled online and explained broke finger needing x rays. Arrived charged then told X ray tech not at this location. It was a hassle that could have easily been avoided. Staff was friendly and helped get into another location. Unfortunately was without a car ann Ubering incurred lots of fees to make all of it happen.

The visit was as good as can be expected relative to my affliction. I'm thinking even if a patient doesn't need a note for work, etc., that every patient should get a printed after care summary with vitals, symptoms, diagnosis, care instructions, meds prescribed, etc.
