Everyone there was polite compassionate and cared about the issue I was having...great staff and Doctor!! Definitely one of the best places to go for your care needs

There is no purpose to reserving an appt in advance. The only thing it does, according to your staff,  is preserve your spot in the line once you physically walk through the door, fill out the paperwork, and get processed by the front desk. Which is exactly the same thing that happens when you just walk in the door, without an appt. We made an appt online, in advance, and we're still stuck waiting an hour to be seen bc of the walk-ins. So it's just a farce, highly misleading and highly annoying. I would have come in much earlier to be seen without an appt but thought that, by selecting the first appt that was available to me online (which was a late am appt), I would not be stuck waiting as long. Turns out I should have just taken my chance with an earlier am walk in, when fewer people were away and out and about.

Love this urgent care and staff! Was able to schedule an appointment on my lunch hour, check-in was easy, and no wait time. NP Strahan answered all my questions, even those I had that were not related to that visit. Definitely would recommend.

I had a severe reaction to poison ivy and was able to get an appointment right away. The experience with the clinic was great from walking in to being treated and walking out.... Very clean facility and everyone there was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Called this clinic for a drug screen. They accepted walk ins, which is great. They greeted me nicely, and took care of me promptly. Quick service, and the entire building was super clean!  10/10 recommend this clinic.

This Urgent Care Office is open 7:00am M-F and 9:00am S-S. I believe they should reconsider 7:00am on Saturday morning, I almost went to another Care Facility because of the 8:30 arrival.

Everyone was totally professional but also friendly and caring.  While I was waiting I got inspired to hire a house cleaner.  I’d feel much better if my house were as clean as this place.

Staff excellent as always and was treated first class!

Would give a 5 star rating . Staff very friendly and concerned. Would recommend to people. They took care of my needs. Very prompt with hardly no wait time.

The check in last went out of her way to get my insurance straight after system says my card wasn’t valid
