The entire staff was extremely helpful and completely professional. It really helped make a painful situation manageable. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this provider.

Had an infection from cat scratch/ puncture. I was able to schedule an appointment easily and quickly. I still waited a bit once there, but it was a Saturday and did not look like a lot of staff. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The doctor was definitely concerned and gave me instructions to follow up with her so she knew if the antibiotics were working. I'd definitely recommend and go back.

I came to this office with a very sore throat, fatigue, and chills. During the visit, the nurse performed nasal swabs for COVID and flu, and a throat swab for strep. The nasal swabs felt unusually deep and uncomfortable—something I later confirmed with other medical professionals is not necessary for accurate testing. All rapid tests came back negative. Still, when the doctor arrived, she noted that my throat looked consistent with strep. We discussed that I was currently taking Nitrofurantoin for a UTI and that I’m allergic to penicillin and other commonly used antibiotics. Based on that, she prescribed Bactrim, stating it would treat my throat as well as my UTI. However, I later learned that Bactrim is not considered an appropriate or effective treatment for strep throat. No throat culture was ordered to confirm the diagnosis and treatment. After three days of no improvement, I visited a different provider. They repeated a rapid strep test, which came back positive, and prescribed Clindamycin, which is more appropriate for my medical history. It’s extremely frustrating and demoralizing to have lost several days of recovery and spent money on a visit that didn’t result in appropriate care. I would encourage this practice to take more thorough diagnostic steps—especially when allergies and concurrent infections are involved—to avoid delays in proper treatment.

They were a little busier than usual today so there was a bit of a wait time (which I really think is beyond their control).  Other than that, everything was great as usual here!
