The front office was very helpful and patient in helping me figure out my son’s insurance. When we finally got to be seen, unfortunately Dr Olson bedside manners left a lot to be desired. She talked down on my 13 yr old and pretty much grilled him about his symptoms. He had presented for an evaluation of concussion and was not too quick to answer her questions as she would have wanted. She lacked empathy. Not sure if she is used to having pediatric patients. I would definitely not want her seeing my kid again.

I had a very positive experience at the MultiCare ER. Everyone I interacted with was kind, caring, and very helpful. There was very little waiting, which I really appreciated. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the information I was given. I truly appreciate the care, help, and information I received from the entire team. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience!

$900 to just check my blood pressure and tell me I need an ultrasound because the nurse had no idea what the problem was. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I made my appt yesterday for today at 4:30. I arrived at 4:15 and checked in. Then I waited and waited and waited until 4:50. Then they took me back and I waited and waited and waited and waited. Then I heard the doctor go into the next room and introduce themselves it was 5:10 & I waited and waited and waited. I left at 5:30. Never was seen. Horrible!!!

I needed to visit urgent care and didn’t know I could set an appointment in advance, but the staff are very helpful with checking and taking me in. While waiting for my turn, I got offered a cold water which is beyond my expectation. The nurse explained to me all my concerns. Overall, it was a quick and straightforward visit. This is my favorite urgent care so far.

Easy to schedule.  Staff were competent.  They listened to concerns and made me feel comfortsble with their care.

It was one of my best visits to this location. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I was having an acute allergic reaction to dairy on my skin and I go anaphylactic when ingested. They supported me and my intense anxiety regarding dairy in medications. It’s hidden everywhere and I have had horrible experiences. They double checked all the medications they gave me and observed me for 15 mins to make sure I did not have a reaction to the injection. They were wonderful!

Everyone was awesome. Just had to wait a bit while in the room.
