Scheduling was all online. That process was simple with step by step instructions. Check in was timely. As we were checking in we were told that they were running about 20 minutes behind schedule. However, after checking in we only waited about 5 minutes before we were called back. The wait inside the room in the back was also minimal. The whole visit was finished in about 35 minutes. I would recommend this clinic. We will be back.

I was able to schedule a next day appointment for suspected shingles symptoms and the process was smooth and easy. I didn’t have to wait long once my appointment time was reached and I was able to receive the care I need promptly. Rolando was kind and empathetic, and Heidi provided fantastic patient care. I would recommend this facility for their efficiency, and especially their kind staff.

I don’t like paying another $50.00 copay for a follow-up appointment to take the stitches out

I made an appointment easily on the app. However, the NP was very dismissive, did not offer any solutions and diminished my concerns.

Appt was scheduled for 6:30pm. Asked to arrive 10-15 minutes early. Arrived at 6:20 and was told that they were running behind. Was finally checked in at the counter at 6:48. Taken into the exam room at 7:15 for vitals. Provider finally came in at 7:45 - 1 hour and 15 after my appt time. When I complained about the wait time, was told it is an Urgent Care clinic, so waits happen. So not sure what’s the point of making an appt. If I had made an appt and shown up 1.5 hours late, I would not have been seen. It’s a one way street: patients need to be on time, but the provider can work on whatever timeline they want. Very unprofessional.

I suspected a UTI but it seemed to come and go, but finally got to the point where I needed to check.  Made an appointment online and got there about 20 min. early - I walked right in and was home napping in less than 30 min.

Easy to schedule. Waited a bit after my appt time. Guy at reception was super nice, nurse was super nice, but I feel that the ARNP that I saw didnt really have a good beside manner. She was a bit standoffish and I felt like she was judging me. She defitely didnt make me feel comfortable or want to open up.
