Scheduled an appointment online the night before showed up a few minutes before my appointment as soon as the clinic opened they checked me in got me to my room where an assistant named Jana did my vitals as well as asked some questions she was extremely friendly and answered all the questions I had prior to being seen by the provider. My provider was also very helpful friendly and knowledgeable with suggestions as to what might be occurring and causing my pain. I was also offered an injection for inflammation which I accepted and that was provided by Jana. It was actually not even noticeable. Like most humans I don’t love the idea of a needle going into my body but she explained everything and was so good at her job it was over before I even knew it had begun. This is my second or third time coming to this clinic and once again it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Thanks to everyone who helped me during this visit!  Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the person who checked me in at the front counter nor can I recall my providers name. But all three employees were just great!  I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that lives in the area or if you’re a VA patient like myself and use indigo clinics as their VA urgent care facilities!!

I had excellent care and the entire experience was amazing. I appreciated the follow up the next day. I felt well taken care of.

Went in for an ankle and shin injury, had X-rays taken, with a quick look to see if there were any obvious breaks and received a call back within a couple hours after they were read by techs to make sure there were no hairline fractures.  Had already gone over what the course of treatment would be if everything were clear.  Another wonderful visit at Indigo!  Highly recommend!!

Had an earache and badly needed to see someone. I got to Indigo at opening time and saw a nurse practitioner within 30 minutes. A nurse who was kind,  compassionate and competent. With excellent communication skills.

Injured finger…turned out to be dislocated…everyone’s care was exemplery…thanks so much.

Kiddo had a very uncomfortable rash - was on the fence about taking him in but knew I had some time to see how it progressed because Indigo has always been good about getting us in when we need it. They saw him later in the day and were able to diagnose him and send us on our way with a prescription.

I scheduled an appointment online.  Staff was great all around.  Provider was straightforward, made excellent suggestions for further care.  I would recommend this location and would return if ever needed.

I was in a lot of pain after  my cruise ship trip and was sick the following days. I didn't know why but I couldn't eat and was only able to sip water throughout the day. It was very busy at the clinic but finally got to see Emily M. And get tested. She said I had the flu so I was relieved to know my problems were being taken care of. I recommend this provider for her expertise and friendly demeanor.

Scheduled a 230 appointment and wasn’t checked in till 430.  I understand computer issues and walk ins.  Once I got back to the exam room everything was thorough.  Got our questions answered.  Staff were exceptional. Even got a warm blanket from Edna

Female staff are friendly and thorough. However, I can’t say the same in regards to Dr. Tyler Munson. He was rushed, rude, and completely unprofessional. Gave no diagnosis and sent us on our way without verbal instructions. Complete waste of our time and money. Taking my son to his PCP, which I should have done in the first place.
