Scheduling was extremely difficult due to technical errors when I was having an issue. I called the front office and they didn’t know how to help. They just routed me to customer support. I put a ticket into the queue and nobody responded. I was never able to do a virtual visit Doctor had to call me.

It's past 7:00 which they close at that time and I have not been able to get the prescribed medication I'm in a lot of pain I went to Ralph's and they said they didn't get sent anything to them they also checked the Ralphs at a different location and also nothing really disappointed I'm in pain I'm never going to come back to this urgent Care again
