Scheduled a video call online, received a call from a nurse to go over my symptoms, she was very nice, and then received the link for the appointment. It started on time and the Dr was very nice. I will definitely come  Here again if needed and I recommend scheduling a video appointment if you can.

Very dissatisfied with the service due to having to go to another urgent care to obtain the medication for my husband. The birthday was written wrong on the prescription so they could not fill it so I called their office the following day to resolve the issue and get the prescription corrected but was told I had to wait until the following day because their computers were down. Meanwhile my husband was very sick with Covid.

Quick wait time. Friendly during check in process. Doctor was efficient and friendly.

My daughter woke up this morning with a sore throat. Several hours later she had a high fever and was home in bed. I was able to schedule a virtual  appt within 20 mins from the time I called.  Waited less than 5 mins. The provider was friendly and as thorough as she could be with it being a virtual appt. Highly recommend.

Wait time was a bit extended but everything else was great. Got my antibiotics and went on my way. In house is better so they can examine you but in a tight squeeze between work and kids this was much easier for me.

I have a sinus infection and asked for a zpak. I have all the symptoms and she prescribed cough syrup amd nose spray. And my appointment was delayed. My symptoms are worse.
