Inland Urgent Care, Video Visit

Great. Fast and easy, kid had obvious strep throat. No need to go in and spread it. Phone visit was easy.

Everyone was super nice and professional! Making the appointment was quick & easy and the lady(don’t remember if she was a doc or nurse, sorry!) was very helpful!

Schedule a doctors visit due to a lower back spasm. Was able to get a hold of a doctor at a decent time. Staff was very helpful and commutative process is very Eazy. Much easier than going into the office.

I went in for inflamed mosquito bites, which I get every summer and I go into urgent care at least 2 times a summer season for either a quick taper does of prednisone or a smaller dosage for less serious bites. The doctor that saw me today (virtually btw) , was speaking to me in a condescending tone. Saying that my “blood pressure is out of control” from a blood pressure reading in JUNE… FOUR MONTHS ago. Which, my blood pressure was a little high during that time period, yes, which I understand why he may have been a little hesitant to prescribe me a steroid. But I had told him and the other health care providers I have seen previously that prednisone is the only thing that quickly gets rid of the pain, swelling, and itchiness from my bites with zero side effects. Otherwise, if it gets too bad I will have to go to the ER or get a steroid shot anyways. I’m very understanding and cooperative because I am not a doctor. But I do know what works for me and what doesn’t. It has everything to do with the tone is which I was spoken to, being constantly interrupted and barely getting more than a sentence in. The bedside manner wasn’t great, not even a shred of concern, just judgement. I am young, yes. But I am not stupid. Maybe return to training for beside manners and possibly even empathy. Just a thought. I will never be back.

I have no complaints the staff the doctor all of them was amazing.

Have a chronic respiratory condition. After waiting 30 minutes, I was able to tak.with the Dr and get a prescription called in. I am on the road to recovery now.

I was able to take care of my sinusitis with one phone call. The provider was efficient and thorough.

I absolutely love this Urgent Care. I don’t think I’ve ever gone there and had a bad experience. Today I did a Tele med conference and it was amazing. I can’t say enough about everybody that works there.

Scheduled a video call online, received a call from a nurse to go over my symptoms, she was very nice, and then received the link for the appointment. It started on time and the Dr was very nice. I will definitely come  Here again if needed and I recommend scheduling a video appointment if you can.
