I am still waiting and have not been seen yet after two hours of waiting for an appointment scheduled online. I don’t know why my visit is now listed as “past” and “complete”. The front desk staff was rude and said there was an emergency when there was no ambulance when I checked in on where I was in the queue. I am sure I was skipped intentionally.

I was 8 mins late for COVID testing and the receptionist first told me I did not have an appointment then when I showed her the confirmation she said I would have to reschedule. Keep in mind midway into her looking she stopped to talk to a coworker.
