My wife and I are seniors and prefer this facility to any other medical including our own primary care. Staff always are very through.

They generally see you pretty quickly. The facility is clean, works like clockwork, and the medical professionals are able to get you fixed up. My only complaint is the lack of follow up if you try to reach out to them after your appointment. After my initial call, I called to confirm the average wait time for a return phone call. I was informed that they "will not slow down to return phone calls." and will only return calls once they've slowed down. We're approaching the 24 hour mark (22 hours) and I've not received a call back yet. My best guess is if you wish to follow up on your appointment with additional pertinent information, you'll have to make another appointment. Thankfully, rather than forking over another $100 copay, I was able to be seen by an associate of my pcp. My pcp's NP was able to get the additional antibiotics I needed to avoid having my issue get out of control.

Great experience. I was there with my young daughter. We got in quickly and the provider was very kind and knowledgeable. We were in and out in 45 minutes. Highly recommend.

I love how this Urgent Care cares about their patients. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and caring. I also like how I can view my estimated wait and patient information on my Solv account.

Best care team for urgent care anywhere on the greater Brazos valley!

I would highly recommend Integrity Urgent Care. I called them and they told me I could come in. All staff was very friendly and nice. The physicians assistant explained everything to me and answered my questions. I left with papers that had my diagnosis, when I could return to work, and my prescription was called in. I would definitely use them again if needed.
