I've been here a few times and always gotten in without too much of a wait, then received quality care by friendly people. And the best thing: it's a whole lot less expensive than the ER!

Saturday at 9:30, I came in with an infected cat bite to my left hand. Dr. Neubauer calmly went through the steps and promptly prescribed antibiotics and cautioned of possible complications. Here it is Tuesday evening the redness is gone, the swelling is gone, and a small bolus is shrinking. Very happy result. J R

My little boy had strep throat, and because it was the weekend, we were forced to go to instacare. We have insurance, but our bill from instacare was still $300. $300 for strep throat. We asked about cost before being treated, but they said they didn’t know. My little boy was sent home without any info on what he was treated with. I had to call the office the next day to find out what he was treated with and what side effects to watch for. We were raked over the coals. Never again.

Terrible. They misdiagnosed me with Pneumonia without a chest Xray and put me on antibiotics. I ended up in the emergency room for no good reason costing me thousands of dollars.
