I have been there numerous times. If it is busy then you have to wait just like everywhere else. I have always been happy with the treatment

After the initial round of annoying medical paperwork, I got into the facility where I was attended to by two staffers. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable, and they accepted my insurance. I went there because my older walk-in clinic no longer accepted my insurance, and I had to scramble around at the last minute to drive further away. So I got what I came for, glad they were there for me.

The non doctor staff was great. The doctor had a brisk horrible mannerism, condescending and left us behind not even telling us how to get out. I don’t even think he introduced himself. I was in a lot of pain and had been dealing with it for several weeks trying to manage it myself. What I needed was an ounce of compassion.

I have been to this facility twice, once in April and August of 2021. Both times I have had billing issues, which are still ongoing in October. My insurance company is a big part of the problem but Cleveland Clinic is a big problem also. My insurance did not list an urgent care clinic available in my county, Indian River. So when I went in April, they did not consider me insured, so they billed me $275 on my way out the door. I proceeded to process that claim directly to my company. However later I found out that CC HAD billed my insurance directly, and had collected two payments directly from my insurance. I have been trying to collect a refund from CC but that are throwing up roadblocks, meanwhile they have collected from 2 sources (my insurance and myself), double dipping and will not refund me anything. So after many hours on the phone my insurance says they will intervene and try to get money back for me. The second visit went much smoother. This time they filed with my insurance directly, and they have been paid by them. But on that visit I gave them a $10 copayment, although they should have asked me for $20 like it says on my insurance card. Now they are sending me a bill for the $20 copay, not reflecting the $10 that I already gave them. So tomorrow comes more phone calls and trying to wrestle with this large bureaucracy. As far as the actual care, Dr Daza is a disappointment. Rude and demeaning. His Rx did nothing. The front desk staff have ripped me off twice, not much good to say about them. If my insurance company fails me then I have no choice but file a grievance through Medicare and claim fraud. It annoys me that CC tries to claim all sorts of good things about themselves but I have had only bad to poor experience with them.

Dr. Daza must be the worst doctor I've ever dealt with. Immediately scheduled for a second opinion after being told I have tennis elbow in a surgically reconstructed joint.
